Digital Fat Analyzer: The fat meter uses the principle that fat is not conductive and measures the body's electrical resistance through the weak electric current flowing through both hands and feet to determine body fat rate. The water content of human body is about 70%, most of which is found in blood, lean meat and viscera, while the water content of fat is very low. Water in the body presents low resistance due to various dissolved components, while fat presents high resistance. Therefore, the proportion of fat and water in the human body affects the resistance of the human body. If the synthetic resistance of fat and water is considered, the resistance value of the human body with more fat will be high. Body components such as muscle and water conduct electricity easily, so the body fat detector calculates the ratio of fat to water and other tissue components by measuring the body's bioelectrical impedance.
